A globális gazdasági helyzet ellenére a modern ipari ingatlanok bérbeadási mutatói növekedtek. 2011-ben Közép-Európában került bérbeadásra a legtöbb ipari ingatlan terület, mely 1998 óta, amióta a Cushman & Wakefield nyilvántartást vezet, a legmagasabb mért érték. A bérbeadott terület mértéke mindenkori csúcsot döntött és elérte a 3,2 millió négyzetmétert, mely az eddigi történelmi csúcsot a 2008-ban mért 2,8 millió négyzetmétert is felülmúlta.
